Pharmacy Weight Loss Bracknell is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We serve patients in Bracknell and the surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our prescriber or pharmacist, it is not safe or appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Our prescribers will review your medical questionnaire and, where appropriate, issue a prescription. This is not guaranteed.
Our pharmacists retain the right to refuse to dispense any prescription where they have clinical or safety concerns. Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Weight loss treatments are intended to be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. They are not a standalone solution.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the chosen courier service.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect address details provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK pharmacy regulations, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at our registered email address. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
The information provided on our website and through our consultation service is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Our service is not a substitute for a full consultation with your GP or specialist.
